Kofi Bonner
Kofi Bonner is an executive vice president with Lennar serving as lead negotiator in the Hunters Point redevelopment.[1]
Bonner will also serve as Lennar's chief negotiator for its Treasure Island development -- a $1 billion project it is partnering on with Kenwood Investments.[2]

KOFI BONNER Administrative Experience • Kofi Bonner, as Vice President Business Operations and Chief Administrative Officer of the Cleveland Browns professional football team, is responsible for all business affairs of the team, including organizational and administrative items, as well as new business development. He also oversees marketing, business operations, community and governmental affairs. Bonner was the lead person during the construction of, and is now responsible for, the management and operations of the new Cleveland Browns Stadium. Bonner brings to the task a strong economic development background from his years in a series of key government positions in the San Francisco Bay area. • Prior to joining the Browns in October 1998, Bonner was the chief economic policy advisor for the City and County of San Francisco, reporting directly to Mayor Willie Brown. As the area’s most senior economic development official, Bonner was responsible for the economic growth and redevelopment of San Francisco neighborhoods and directed planning for the City’s proposed $525 million stadium-mall complex.
